Our Sessions
We vary the locations of our Tuesday and Thursday sessions in order to ensure we are able to delivery an interesting variety of sessions including continuous training, intervals, Fartlek and hills. All sessions are delivered to suit a full range of abilities from beginner all the way through to international level athletes, some of whom are leaders in the club! Our locations are listed below. We notify members on the locations each week via an email that we send on either a Sunday or a Monday. If we want to know where we are training each week sign up to our email.
