As the COVID restrictions are slowly lifting we are now able to get back to formally organised running activity. Yay! Understandably though things will need to be a little different to ensure we operate in a COVID-safe way.
In summary we will return to running with the following approach:
Sessions will be arranged into groups that are very similar to those existing members will be familiar with, and in order to meet the new COVID specific needs each group has a COVID officer to ensure that we do things appropriately:
We reserve the right to move people between groups if required. For the coaching groups you will be emailed before the session to confirm which coaching group you have been allocated to.
As part of the booking process you will need to confirm your COVID status – you must be fully symptom free to attend. If after booking you develop any reason to suspect you might have COVID you must cancel your booking through your EventBrite account. When attending the sessions there are some rules that everyone must follow:
Participants must not congregate before or after the sessions and maintain social distancing where possible.
